Sebastian River Area is located on the central east coast of Florida along the Treasure Coast. The shipwreck from the 1715 Spanish Plate Fleet left many treasures along Sebastian’s coast which is why it is known for its rare treasures that have washed up on its shores.. Treasure hunters continue to search the waters for jewelry, gold and other artifacts.

The St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park offers nearly 22,000 acres of wildlife viewing from manatees to birds. You can enjoy bike riding trails, horseback riding trails, canoeing, boating, camping and fishing. Visitors may see manatees, otters, rare plants, birds and various other wildlife.
