Before entering this contest, please read the following rules carefully.

WaterplayUSA.com reserves the right to reject images that it deems unsuitable.

No Purchase necessary to win.

Photo submissions are required to enter.

1. By entering this CONTEST and accepting the terms herein, you agree to be bound by the following rules, which constitute a binding agreement between you and WD-42, Inc. dba WaterplayUSA.com, herein referred to as WaterplayUSA.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, as of the date of contest entry or photo submission. Employees of WaterplayUSA.com and their immediate families are ineligible to win. By submitting content to WaterplayUSA.com, you agree that the photo is your property and that it does not violate or infringe in any way the rights of any third party, including copyright and trademark rights. By entering this Contest, each entrant further agrees to release and hold harmless WaterplayUSA.com from any injury, loss, death, damage, action, claim, demand or other liability that may occur from entrant’s participation in this Contest or from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded, or attendance at any event. WaterplayUSA.com reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. US law governs this Contest.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Log on to www.waterplayusa.com, and click on the CONTEST link. Fill in each of the information fields in the email, attach photo (acceptable formats are: gif., jpg, and png.), and click “submit”. Only email entries submitted through the WaterplayUSA.com website will be accepted.
4. NUMBER OF SUBMISSION ENTRIES: Each entry submitted WITH AN ACCEPTABLE PHOTO ATTACHED, shall receive one (1) entry in that person’s name. You may submit as many entries w/ pictures as you wish within the submission period.
5. SUBMISSION PERIOD: Nov. 1, 2009 - June 30, 2010, 11:59pm.
6. PUBLIC VIEWING AND GRANTING OF LIMITED RIGHTS: By submitting your photo, you acknowledge and agree that your photo will be displayed to the public. Your image may be included on the WaterplayUSA.com website or in any other promotional materials. You must be the sole owner of the photo that you submit, and your submission is your guarantee that you are the owner of the photo.
7. DETERMINATION OF WINNER: The winner will be determined by a random drawing to be held at a place and time set by WaterplayUSA.com. Selection of the winner shall be conducted under the supervision of WaterplayUSA.com. WaterplayUSA.com will notify the winner by telephone and/or email. The winner may be required to sign and return any applicable documents sent by WaterplayUSA.com related to the Contest, which may include but are not limited to a letter of prize acceptance, waiver of liability, and an affidavit of eligibility within 3 days of notification. Failure to return documents as specified or if prize notification is returned as undeliverable will result in entry being disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected from the eligible entries previously received.
8. PRIZES:   The winner shall receive $ 1,000.00 and choose the trip of their choice from the “Sponsored Trips” offered for this Contest. Each trip offered includes four (4) people, and is valid for a period of 12 months after the drawing determining the winner. In addition, WaterplayUSA.com will give the winner’s representative organization, a $ 1,000.00 donation. The winner’s organization must be listed on winner’s registration form at time of entry to be valid.
